At Mini Group, our people remain at the heart of everything we do. Building on the successful launch of Mini Connect, we were excited to host the second edition of Mini Connect in the Central Region on 23rd January, bringing teams together to celebrate birthdays, share ideas, and strengthen collaboration.

Continuing the Mini Connect Journey

Mini Connect is a quarterly initiative designed to bring together two important pillars of our culture:

💡 Collaborating through ideation, offering a platform to share insights, highlight successes, and identify opportunities for improvement

This second edition reinforced Mini Group’s commitment to creating an inclusive, engaging workplace where every voice matters.

Central Region Edition: October–December Celebrations

The Central Region Mini Connect brought together colleagues to celebrate October, November, and December birthdays in a warm and engaging environment. Beyond the celebrations, the session provided space for meaningful conversations around teamwork, operational efficiency, and innovation.

Employees actively participated in the Ideation Forum through one-on-one engagements with managers, sharing practical ideas focused on improving workflows, strengthening inter-departmental collaboration, and enhancing overall performance. The discussions demonstrated a strong sense of ownership and alignment with Mini Group’s broader goals.

Leadership Engagement & Open Dialogue

As part of the Mini Connect model, members of the Senior Leadership Team joined the Central Region teams, engaging directly with staff and listening to ideas from the ground up. This interaction helped reinforce transparency, accessibility, and shared accountability across all levels of the organisation.
