The Selection Process

After a highly competitive selection process, 9 out of 30 applicants from market developer job applications were chosen. These individuals were selected based on their potential and drive to succeed, and will now undergo intensive training to become the sales leaders of tomorrow. This program is part of Mini Bakeries’ ongoing commitment to excellence, as we continue to push the boundaries of what’s possible in the baking and food production industry.
