The role involves supervising a team, managing equipment, and ensuring efficient workflow. The Workshop Manager is responsible for maintaining high service standards, reducing downtime, and optimizing resources.

Position Summary

The Workshop Manager will lead and manage the workshop team, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety in all workshop functions. This role is essential in achieving operational goals and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise workshop staff and ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Manage workshop resources, tools, and equipment.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and work methods.

• Monitor and manage workshop performance and KPIs.

• Handle recruitment, training, and employee performance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• 5+ years of experience managing a busy workshop.

• Strong supervisory, technical, and leadership skills.
