On behalf of an internal client, we are seeking to recruit a qualified Sales Administrator to support order processing, customer data management, and sales reporting within the commercial function. This role is integral in ensuring seamless coordination between commercial operations and the warehouse, with a focus on timely order processing, accurate sales data, and customer relationship management.

Position Summary
The Sales Administrator will be responsible for processing customer orders, maintaining accurate customer and sales data, generating sales reports, and coordinating between the commercial team and warehouse to ensure timely deliveries and smooth sales operations.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
a) Order Processing & Data Management
- Accurately process customer orders within established cut-off times.
- Maintain customer master data (contact info, pricing, credit terms, service requirements).
- Flag accounts with undefined credit terms or Open Credit status to the Commercial Manager.
b) Sales Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare sales documents (quotations, proposals, service agreements).
- Generate sales performance reports and dashboards for Commercial Manager review.
- Ensure CRM system data is up to date and complete at all times.
c) Customer Service & Coordination
- Address customer inquiries related to order status, pricing, and availability.
- Coordinate with the commercial team and warehouse on order status and delivery timelines.
- Track promotional activities and ensure trade spending stays within budgets.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-3 years experience in sales administration, customer service, or commercial support within an FMCG or distribution environment.
- Strong CRM system knowledge and sales reporting skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM systems.
