We are hiring a Health and Safety Officer to ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance at Mini Bakeries Mombasa. Eleven Degrees Consulting Limited provides HR services for Mini Group.

Position Summary

The Health and Safety Officer will oversee safety operations, conduct inspections, investigate incidents, and ensure compliance with health and safety laws.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead safety programs and ensure compliance with SASRA, OSHA, and NEMA.

• Conduct safety inspections and ensure PPE use.

• Investigate accidents, report findings, and recommend corrective actions.

• Deliver safety training and maintain safety records.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science or Occupational Safety & Health.

• 5+ years in a safety role, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.

• Certification in Safety & Health is a plus.
