JOB VACANCY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

The Customer Service & Administrative Assistant will manage member inquiries, assist with onboarding, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations within Waskom SACCO. The role involves maintaining accurate records, processing payroll data, and assisting with customer service and HR operations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Customer Service

    • Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and social media.

    • Address service requests, provide accurate product info, and resolve issues.

  • Administrative Support

    • Assist with HR tracking, attendance records, and filing.

    • Support payroll preparation by providing accurate data on attendance and leave.

  • Onboarding & Documentation

    • Help prepare onboarding materials and verify employee documents.

    • Update and maintain accurate employee files.

  • HR Operations

    • Assist with HR policy inquiries and benefits management.

    • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring smooth daily operations.

  • General Assistance

    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

    • Help with organizing staff training and performance tracking.

Qualifications & Experience

  • O-Level certificate or equivalent.

  • Basic knowledge of Credit & IT is an advantage.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Women aged 25–35 years are encouraged to apply.
