On behalf of Mini Group of Companies, we are seeking to recruit a dynamic and motivated Graduate Trainee – Human Resource to join our Human Resources Department. This structured one-year Graduate Trainee Program is designed to equip recent graduates with practical exposure across key HR functions, with primary focus on Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development.

Eleven Degrees Consulting Limited is a shared-service firm under the Mini Group of Companies, offering specialized recruitment and HR solutions to organizations across various industries.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Group Talent Manager, the Graduate Trainee – Human Resource will support execution of HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, training coordination, HR analytics, and HR systems administration. The program aims to develop well-rounded HR professionals capable of supporting business growth and operational excellence.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

a) Recruitment & Onboarding
Support hiring processes, candidate coordination, interviews, and employee induction activities.

b) Learning & Development
Assist in preparation and coordination of training programs, workshops, and Training Needs Analysis data consolidation.

c) Employee Relations & Engagement
Support implementation of HR policies and employee engagement initiatives while escalating complex issues appropriately.

d) Performance Management
Assist in performance appraisal processes, reporting, and career development support activities.

e) HRIS & HR Analytics
Support HR data entry, reporting, and analysis to enhance decision-making and maintain system accuracy.

f) HR Projects & Administration
Participate in cross-functional HR projects and provide administrative support across HR functions.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and strong work ethic.
