On behalf of Mini Bakeries (N) Limited, a leading FMCG baking manufacturer under the Mini Group of Companies, we are seeking to recruit a highly experienced and hands-on Production Foreman to oversee branch production operations, ensure quality standards, and drive operational efficiency.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Bakery Manager, the Production Foreman will be responsible for supervising production teams, ensuring adherence to food safety and health standards, achieving production targets, and maintaining operational discipline within the branch. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage resources efficiently while maintaining product quality and compliance.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule production employees to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health standards.
• Monitor production targets, yield, stock rotation, and product quality.
• Manage branch resources including utilities, equipment, and fleet allocation.
• Coordinate maintenance, minimize downtime, and maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain accurate stock records for raw materials and finished goods.
• Prepare reports and support branch performance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to duty rosters and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Certificate in Food Production or related field.
• 4–5 years’ bakery experience, with at least 3 years as a Charge Hand Baker.
• Strong understanding of bakery processes and production planning.
• Knowledge of MS Office and basic labour laws.
