With the advent of the Kenyan Government’s cereals liberalization policy, the group researched the viability of integrating a wheat flour mill unit, to ensure a consistent supply of quality flour to the bakeries. Consequently, Supaflo Flour Mills Limited was incorporated on 1 March 1995. To ensure superior production, the directors established high quality wheat milling plants involving procurement of machinery from one of the leading brands Buhler based in Switzerland. Appropriate expertise has been developed since inception in 1998 to maintain the standards of production. Supaflo supplies superior quality flour even to group companies. This has been essential in achieving the consistency of quality required for the end user products offered to consumers.
